The Last Generation Big Wheel 4000/4200 GT Models
INGERSOLL 4021-GT
The 4021-GT was powered by the "Big Block" 21 horsepower Vanguard engine. The Big Blocks have noticeably more power than the Smaller 14/16/18 Vanguard engines but still did not make the torque that the 18/20 horsepower Onans that they replaced. The 4021 GT replaced the 4020. The 4021 was also available with the power steering option as well. These Machines were made In Portland Maine by the company Eastman which bought Ingersoll and moved the company from it long home in Winneconne Wisconsin.
INGERSOLL 4023-GT
The 4023-GT was the 23-horsepower version of the 4021 GT. It was also powered by The Big Block Version of the Briggs & Stratton Vanguard Engine.
INGERSOLL 4221 GT

The 4221-GT is a foot-controlled version of the 4021 GT. The foot pedal allowed the operator to control the travel speed with their foot. It was also available as a power steering model.
INGERSOLL 4223 GT
The 4223-GT is a foot-controlled version of the 4023 GT. Available with power steering as well.
