C51456, C23740, C29735, C15515, C15557 PTO (Belt) CLUTCH REFRESH KIT (Bearings, Springs, Spacers, Clutch) This kit is and improvment of the C51456 kit,will have what you need to do a maintenance rebuild on your front belt PTO on the engine flywheel and we added 2 spacer/shims so it is a more complete kit as well as what we feel are better bearings that current Ingersoll offerings. . This kit fits almost all manual lever engagement PTO clutches found on 200 and 400 and 600 series both EZ ADJUST & SHIM ADJUSTMENT (Shim Adjust PTOs you may need to reuse some of your current shims in place or with new kit spacers and may need a different size bearing check your manual.)

1 of C23740 friction disk
3 high-quality bearings that replace part numbers C29735/C23245/C14295
6 of C15515 spring wavy washers
6 of C15557 .050 shims/spacers (these can be stacked to replace thicker shims/spacers if needed)

OPTION- is offered at check out for the PTO/Hydraulic Cooler Fan and heavy front washer for fan. We find that the fan is often broken, brittle, and in need of replacement. It is a great time to replace the fan, if needed, when you rebuild your PTO as the fan will already need to be removed to do the job.
OPTION- To add PTO Fork Bushing kit, bushing go in the fork where the PTO shifting rod goes.
OPTION- To add the "EZ Adjust" Sliding Adjustment Nuts Kit
OPTION- To Add The Pair Of The Big Belleville Spring Washer That Keep Pressure On Your PTO Clutch
NOTE: For some models, you may have to reuse some of your thicker spacers or double up on the spacers provided to get the correct thickness. This kit replaces all the wear items for the PTO clutch NOT the hardware that can be reused for many rebuilds. If your hub, shaft, and or pulley are in rough shape they may need to be repaired or replaced.
Very early style shim adjust clutches may require an additional different size bearing and or shims, be sure to look up your required part numbers for your correct year and model.
SHOP TIP: Grease the shaft and all parts getting assembled over the shaft prior to assembly. Also grease threads and shifter fork where it sits inside the bearing retainers. BE CAREFUL to keep ALL grease OFF CLUTCH FRICTION DISK MATERIAL.
On all rubber sealed bearings new or otherwise we recommend repacking all before install. Todays bearings no matter the brand could use more grease in our opinion. Not required but they will last longer.
