This PTO loop hose can save you thousands of dollars and time. It is used to connect your PTO ports together while not in use. If there is no line hooked between ports when not in use and PTO valve is bumped or used, it can destroy the hydraulic pump on your machine. CASE INGERSOLL advised all PTO owners to put a loop hose in the circuit. This also is a great way to keep your ports/fittings clean and protected as well. This can also save your starter, yes engine starter. Many starters have been fried when unknowing a pto handle gets bumped or turned on, or left on when tractor runs out of gas etc or is shut off. And the owner trys to start the tractor and the engine turns over extremely hard and slow and burns the starter up fast. This is a high-quality hose and fittings.
 
We really recommend that ALL tractors with PTO valves have loop hoses installed! On all 200, 400, 3000, 4000, 600, 6000, 7000 series tractors and loaders.
