This is the correct coil for all 3000 and 4000, 6000 series Case  Ingersolls with Onan or Linamar engines WITH electronic ignition.  May also fit some very late model 200 and 400 series Onan powered tractors WITHOUT points.  This coil works on ALL performer series WITH electronic ignition Onan Linamar 16, 18, 20, 24 horsepower engine.  Also works on other Onan Electronic ignition (NO points) equipped tractors, welders, generators etc from many other brands, John Deere, Wheel Horse, Cub Cadet, Miller, Hobart, Lincoln and many, many more. This CORRECT coil is for without points, it has the DIFFERENT size positive and negative terminals. This is a OEM coil MADE IN JAPAN and has a great history of lasting a long time and providing hot spark.

There are Options to Add New Spark Plug Wires and Spark Plugs To Your Order.
Option to Add bracket for mounting if you do not have one. This is the only coil offered by Onan for the listed above engines. Some older engines require a bracket to mount this new style coil. This new style coil DOES NOT bolt in by itself, it has no bolt holes, look at photos. That is why the bracket is a option for those that need the bracket to replace a direct bolted in coil.
 
This coil will also work on many other brand tractors, welders, etc that are equipped with Onan "P" Series engines.  Please check part numbers to make sure.  
 
NOTE: Some early model Onans may require a separate bracket/hole modification to mount this style coil.  We recommend to swap out your wires, it is a good pratice to swap them out when you change the coil.  There is an option at check out to add wires to your coil order.
