This kit includes all of our individual steering and front-end part kits which are, custom-designed with heavy-duty clamping axle pin to remove all slop and axle play, tie rod and drag link upgraded Heim joints (total of four for manual steer, 3 for Power Steering models in options choose powersteering for 1 rod credit in price for total of 3 rods not 4), with 4 new jam nuts, custom poor man's power steering modification kit ( TOP QUALITY 2 thrust bearing and 4 thrust washers as 1 thrust bearing and 2 thrust washers are required per front spindle) as well as wheel bearings and fasteners for front wheels for the included 4 wheel bearings, 2 for each wheel and a fastener for each front wheel. This kit will fit most Case Ingersoll garden tractors, 200, 3000, 400, and 4000 series. Not for loaders. Specify tractor model and Heim joint style male or female. Very easy to install with basic tools. Buy as a kit and save $$

OPTION- New OEM Half Moon Sector Steering Gear AND shims for all NON-power steering garden tractor models. This completes your steering system rebuild, often this gear is worn or has broken teeth etc.
OPTION- We offer an extreme-duty weld-on clamping axle pin kit for machines with very worn axles and or front axle support frames/ Or machines in server service with loaders, plows, blowers, weights, etc on them frequently.

These steel pins are custom-made in the USA small business for us to our specifications, including, grease grooves, correct length (unlike others on the market) and beveled edge for easy starting as well as centering and all grade 8 hardware making for a very simple install. Follow our video for instructions. For those of you with the ability to weld, check out our custom heavy duty weld on axle pin kit where we simply quadruple the load-bearing surface of the factory setup with only minutes of basic welding.
Many of the pins sold all over the internet and at dealers are too long which does not provide the needed clamping on the worn axles and axle plates. Due to this you often need to grind or mill down the pins to get enough clamping distance. If left too long, the axles are allowed to have slight play in them and then the wearing process will start rapidly all over again to your parts.
AXLES SHOULD HAVE ZERO FORE AND AFT MOVEMENT AS WELL AS ZERO SIDE-TO-SIDE MOVEMENT AND NO FRONT OR BACK ROLL. The only movement should be pivoting on the pin for side hill operation or on uneven terraine.
