This is our in-house designed axle pin kit for your loader. It not only blows the poor designed expensive OEM pins away, but it also solves the clearance issues with the common aftermarket pins being sold for loaders out there. "What clearance issues?" If you have a aftermarket loader pin there is a good chance it is at a minimum scratching your tie rod but likely bending/bowing it too on "full turns” all the way in either direction.

BE SURE to read NOTES and Tips Below!
Our kit ALSO gives you many times more load-bearing surface, it also allows you to re-center your axle on severely worn-out machines, it can also correct worn out or oblong holes in the axle plate bracket that is attached to your frame that sandwiches the axle IF you choose to also weld this pins collars. Though welding is not required to install this pin and get the benefits, it is an additional benefit if you so CHOOSE. These holes commonly get worn out, especially if the factory axle pin has been used for a long time and is continually used. And this can be very dangerous, limits performance and wears your machine fast. You can now get all these benefits plus the heavy-duty pin and the ability to clamp all the play out of your axle. If choosing to weld the two provided collar pieces to the front and back of the axle bracket, you get an added benefit. Fast and simple to install.
Hardware included is grade 8. You also get One custom wieldable collar WITH grease fitting, One machined, recessed and threaded clamping wieldable end cap, one long heavy-duty axle pin with grease channels and rings, One very large 1/4 inch thick clamping washer, A flat washers and one bolt to complete the installation. Installation is very simple and fast.
AXLES SHOULD HAVE ZERO FORE AND AFT MOVEMENT AS WELL AS ZERO SIDE-TO-SIDE MOVEMENT AND NO FRONT OR BACK ROLL OR UP AND DOWN. The only movement should be pivoting on the pin for side hill operation or on uneven terrain.
This pin fits ALL 600 series tractors, 6000 series tractors,
Do Not Forget to Replace Your Rod Ends, on the drag link, tie rod, and power steering cylinder. Check how many right-hand and left-hand ends YOUR machine HAS. Here is the link to them in our store. Right Hand Loader Rod Ends Here Left hand Loader Rod End Here
NOTE- Some backhoes only may have tight clearance between counter weight bracket and bolt head. It is ok not to use the small flat washer and or lock washer as they are not critical to pin function or performance. Just make sure the bolt is good and tight and if you want you can use some low strength Loctite type product.
SHOP TIP: Pay attention to where you want your grease fitting and line it up with the main grease channel cut in pin on install. ALSO make sure fittings are on top or bottom of rear threaded cap as to they are NOT inline with tie rod for clearance issues. Also this fitting can be removed and pluged if one chooses, as the front one will grease full pin. This one just makes it faster and also is handy if pin needs to be removed in the future as grease pressure or a small punch can push the pin out from grease fitting hole.
SHOP TIP- Collars do not need to be fully welded if you do not want to or welded at all. But they simply need three or four small welds each to center and hold them in place. Refer to our "LOADER" axle pin video for more information.
