This kit is a complete kit to replace your Briggs and Stratton Vanguard engine breather system. It includes the parts you need to do the complete job right with OEM parts. If your engine has lots of oil seeping/leaking out of gaskets/seals, if you have oil in your air filter compartment, If you have lots of pressure or oil coming from your dipstick or oil fill cap, breather area itself has oil or mist coming from it. Engine not running correctly or lots of smoke. All these are possible signs of a bad breather system and are fairly common on these engines.
