C28370, C25287 OEM NEW Hydraulic Stock Pumps For later 648 loaders and stock replacement for early 648 and some later 646, loaders and backhoes and others. These pumps were used on 648 loaders, backhoes and other models from factory as C28370 Cessna style pump and replacement for C25287 Cessna. Look at photos of pump. Color may very. These are brand new OEM Eaton/Danfoss/Cessna Top Quality Pumps. Direct bolt in replacement for  3/4 pump shaft 648 models.
 
(This pump has been used successfully on 646 as a replacement even though it was not the stock pump on all 646, but was a replacement for some years with a  coupler change then. You may have to change a fitting or 2 and may have to change the Lovejoy depending on year of 646 or if your pump has been replaced before, or it may bolt right in on 646. We offer a install kit for 646 modles that should deal with these retrofit issues.We have not personally swapped this pump on a 646 yet so this is what we can tell you we know and feecback we have seen and got. The pump itself will work great just mounting and fittings may need some retrofitting of sizes. ) We offer fittings and coupler kits to help installs with most 646 models look below.
 
OPTION- To add new recommended new heavy duty 1" suction hose for your new pump and at BIG discount from list price. Hose goes from tank to pump. Used on all 648 models. This hose can be used to replace most suction hard lines when using this pump as a replacement on 646 models too but it is included in our 646 install kit below.
 
OPTION - New Pump Suction Intake Straight "fitting" with correct thread size for this pump same as late 648 models. Straight fittings were also used on early 648 and late 646 too but with smaller threads so you will need a straight hose fitting if early 648 and mid late 646. You can choose a "90 degree" or "45" degree fitting if you think it will be better for your application (Some 646 owners find the 45 to work better for them). New Fittings ARE Required when using this pump on 648 loaders BEFORE Serial number 14076874, Backhoes BEFORE serial number 1407682 and all 646. Very early 646 with hard intake lines have used the "Stright JIC"fitting with good esults, some tweaking of hard lines maybe needed.  (The straight 1" hose fitting is included in the "646 install kit" bellow, but some may want to choose one of these optional angled fittings for their install. With install kit bellow it comes with suction hose to replace hard line and JIC fitting)
 
OPTION- 648 Shaft Lovejoy Style couplers set. 1 coupler for this 3/4" shaft hydraulic pump, 1 coupler for the crankshaft for Onan B series engine and a new spider. Engine side Coupler is just FOR 648 with ONAN "B" Only. Or You can opt to buy just the ¾” pump side shaft coupler and spider if your current coupler is not 3/4".
 
OPTION-  646 Shaft Lovejoy Style coupler pair. 1 coupler for this 3/4" shaft hydraulic pump, and 1 coupler for the crankshaft for Onan "CCK" series engine and new spider. Engine side Coupler is just FOR 646 with ONAN "CCK"  only.  (Couplers are included in 646 kit below.)
 
OPTION- New factory equipped Lovejoy style replacement spider only for all 648 models.
 
OPTION- "646 Install Kit" Includes both new correct Lovejoy style shaft couplers, one for this new pump and one for the Onan CCK engine and a new spider between couplers. Also includes new correct suction intake "Straight Hose" fitting for this pump. And a New Soft 1" Suction hose usually used on all 648, some 646 and used to replace early 646 hard suction line when using this replacement pump, hose is from tank to pump. Includes 2 clamps as well and may need to cut hose to length. This kit should work and make minimal install issues if any with almost all 646 loaders and backhoes with large SAE A mount brackets. Some very early 646 models may also need an adapter or new hose from the pump "out" fitting and or angled "in" fitting for pump. Options available for angled suction side fittings for pump above.
 
OPTION- "648 Install Kit"= Includes correct pump side ONLY Lovejoy style shaft coupler for this new pump and a new spider coupler. Also includes new correct suction intake "Straight" fitting for this pump. And New Soft 1" Suction hose usually used on all 648, hose is from tank to pump. Includes 2 clamps as well and may need to cut hose to length. This kit should work on all 648 loaders and backhoes for a fresh complete pump, hose, fitting and coupler half and spider install.  Options available for angled suction side fittings for pump above.
 
NOTE- If using to replace a different model pumps or different model tractors or loaders than above you may need to change your coupler on the pump side as these have large 3/4 shafts on the pump and is the Larger "A"  Pump Mount. May need to match engine coupler to new pump coupler if using on something besides a 648 with Lovejoy. May also need to change or adapt fittings and hoses if not using on a later 648 or without options above or install kits.
